LIONEL RICHIE

For Lionel Richie's 2023 Tour, Reza set out to create visuals that would do more than accompany the music—they would amplify it, transforming every frame into a celebration of Lionel Richie's legendary career.

For the opening title sequence, Reza collaborated with Amir B Ash to develop a montage that captures the essence of Richie's legacy. Combining archival footage, bold graphic elements, and rhythmic motion, the piece establishes the tone for the live experience from its very first moments.

For Dancing on the Ceiling, Reza approached the project as an opportunity to create more than a visual backdrop. Together, he and Amir B Ash built a dynamic collage of dance, ceilings, and Lionel Richie himself, crafting a kinetic world that mirrors the song's exuberance and sense of weightlessness. The result is an extension of the live performance, designed to immerse the audieance more deeply in the music and the experience.

The project was made possible through the trust and creative freedom offered by Brian Burke, Lionel Richie, and the entire production team, allowing Reza to explore an ambitious visual language for one of the tour's most iconic moments.
