ASTON MARTIN F1 75TH ANNIVERSARY 

I was invited to contribute to a film celebrating the legacy of Aston Martin Racing, one of the most iconic names in motorsport. For me, it was an exciting opportunity to explore a story built around passion, innovation, and that constant pursuit of doing things better.

I worked alongside an international team of artists, combining 2D and 3D animation with hand-painted frames. I really enjoyed bringing these different techniques together — letting the precision of digital animation coexist with something much more tactile and imperfect. I wanted the visuals to feel crafted by hand, as a reminder that even a story about speed and technology can still have something very human at its core.

The whole project was a deeply collaborative process. There were so many talented people involved, all bringing their own ideas and skills to the film, and that exchange was a big part of what made the project special for me.

The film eventually premiered at The O2 Arena in London during the Formula 1 75th Anniversary celebration. Seeing it presented in that context — surrounded by so much history and such a huge audience — was a pretty surreal way to see the project come to life.
